baked apple cider donuts
Delish donuts + not working with hot oil you are WELCOME ;)
There is nothing that screams fall baking more than warm apple cider donuts fresh out of the oven. And honestly? Any donut recipe where I don’t have to mess with hot oil is a win in my book.
These are soft, fluffy, super apple-forward, and come together without a mixer. Just a whisk and one bowl!!! These will make your house smell divinneee.
I tested a few variations until I landed on this version, and it’s officially my go-to: concentrated apple flavor, the perfect tender crumb, and a warm cinnamon-sugar coating that melts into the donut while it’s still warm. Truly chef’s kiss.
Let’s get into it!!
