my story
I’ve loved being in the kitchen for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I’d sit on the barstool in my mom’s kitchen, completely mesmerized as she chopped, sautéed, mixed, and baked. Every part of the process felt magical. Some of my favorite memories are of us watching cooking shows together—especially Giada De Laurentiis and Ina Garten, whose cozy, inspiring recipes sparked something in me early on.
When I finally had a kitchen of my own, I dove in headfirst. I made a mess, made mistakes, and learned something valuable every time. I didn’t go to culinary school—I just kept trying, failing, and figuring it out. And over the years, that trial and error has turned into a deep well of knowledge and experience that I now get to share.
